Paul Toomey has over 30 years of experience in the system architecture, development, analysis, and management of online employment software for state and local governments across the United States. Paul has an extensive background in workforce development, unemployment insurance, labor market information solutions, federal reporting, and data integration for large projects with multiple platforms. He has invented several software application concepts that have improved the efficiency of reemployment processes in states such as Louisiana, Tennessee, and Nebraska. In addition, Paul holds multiple patents for software innovations in the workforce development and unemployment insurance fields.
